Delivery Information
At Charmed Massages, we strive to process and ship all retail product orders promptly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
after payment is received.
Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
Charmed Massages is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may accept returns under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Due to health and hygiene standards, opened personal care, skincare, body care, and wellness products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
